FUNDED Baby Massage – SEPTEMBER

Baby massage and reflexology class – 5 week course.

⭐Learn life long skills of baby massage and reflexology. Benefits of baby massage are relief from wind, colic and indigestion. Promotes nurture, sleeping and encourages bonding with baby. As well as baby massage (which is gorgeous) this course will also focus on maternal mental health.

⭐The course is ran by Joanna Coulthard a qualified breastfeeding counsellor, with specialties in infant allergies, colic and reflux. Mam of 3 girls, trained in pediatric first aid, baby weaning, safer sleep & normal sleep ecology.

⭐The course will span over 5 weeks and is suitable for all ages from birth until 6 month. Please note as this is funded 1 initial booking for £10 covers all 5 classes. I will amend any bookings to reflect all 5 weeks.

⭐Each session will last approx. 55 minutes and each place admits 1 adult per baby.  CLASS KINDLY FUNDED BY GRANGE VILLA COMMUNITY CENTRE.
